Nem tudo na Internet são flores, bem como o maravilhoso serviço de correio eletrônico, conhecido como e-mail, também pode trazer problemas. Vamos citar algumas dicas para que você reduza ou não tenha problemas com seu e-mail. 1. Os vírus são programas e a principal forma de infecção é pelo e-mail. Mesmo que você tenha o seu antivírus atualizado, faça-se algumas perguntas antes de abrir os anexos: - Eu pedi ao remetente esse arquivo/programa? - O conteúdo da mensagem está completo e correto? - Você conhece o remetente? Eu recomendo de usar o método do em vez dê. Em vez de abrir para ver o que é, apague a mensagem ou, se for alguém conhecido, pergunte se ele enviou e para que ele o fez. Dependendo da resposta, você poderá abrir. 2. Da mesma forma que recebemos correspondências de propaganda em casa, o e-mail é um grande meio de disseminação de mensagens de propagandas, conhecido como SPAM. Veja algumas dicas para evitar o SPAM: - Não responda a qualquer mensagem indesejada; - Evite colocar o seu e-mail em sites não conhecidos, quando for preencher algum formulário; - Escolha um provedor que tenha serviço de antispam e antivírus a atualizados diariamente.
3. Muitas pessoas mal intencionadas, utilizam o e-mail para dar golpes pela Internet, oferecendo ou pedindo ajuda. Evite todo e qualquer contato, caso queira saber mais, veja se tem telefone, endereço e até um web site. Procure na Internet alguma informação e somente depois entre em contato.4. Outro grande vilão, está também, nas mensagens que algumas pessoas altamente mal intencionadas enviam. Ela produzem mensagens com a cara do banco ou de algum site conhecido e pede para você preencher algum formulário com seus dados, como CPF, Número da Conta, Endereço pessoal, renda e até a senha do seu banco. Os bancos nunca enviam mensagens sem a sua autorização, se você tem dúvida, ligue para o seu banco ou acesse o site oficial e faça a pergunta. 5. Cartões postais e outras falsidades da Internet. Muitos vírus e pessoas mal intencionadas utilizam do serviço de e-mail, para enviar programas conhecidos como Trojans (cavalos de tróia) ou Worms, que procuram tomar conta e até roubar informações valiosas de nossos computadores.
